  • Collaborate with internal R&D and commercial teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.
  • Attend international fairs and travel to key clients in Europe.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Physics, Optics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of laser technologies and their applications in industry.
  • Proven experience in strategic sales or sales management in the industrial field.
  • A people person with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and ideally German or other European languages.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
