  3. Collaborating with the Region Glaucoma head to devise and implement country-specific strategies to meet commercial and team objectives

  4. Attending national and international congresses to support booth and wetlab activities for major events

  5. Managing training needs of new hires with high emotional intelligence to motivate and support team performance

  6. Providing surgical coaching and mentorship to sales team members to enhance skills and performance

  7. Ensuring full compliance with Alcon's business practices

  8. Staying updated on trends and publications in the MIGS industry and sharing insights with management

As part of an international team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate across cultures and leverage diverse talents. Innovation, agility, and a modern team culture are core to our environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Solid experience in surgical sales or training

  • Experience in Ophthalmology, especially in Cataract, Glaucoma, or MIGS, is highly desirable

  • Experience working internationally with diverse cultures is a plus

  • High technical aptitude for understanding and presenting complex scientific data

  • High emotional intelligence

  • Strong teamwork skills within cross-functional organizations

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments

  • Customer-focused mindset (internal and external)

  • Ability to build relationships with KOLs across countries

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish and/or French; additional languages are advantageous

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Why Alcon?

  • Opportunity to help people see brilliantly

  • Join a rapidly expanding team in its early stages

  • Dynamic environment with growth opportunities

  • Work with award-winning, high-quality products
