European Customer Marketing & Product Management Leader

Overview & role summary:

As Product Line Leader for Europe and key export markets, you will be at the forefront of driving organic and inorganic growth, shaping product strategy, and enabling sales success across the cutting, welding, and industrial segments. This high-impact role offers global travel, cross-functional collaboration, and clear development pathways toward future General Management positions—perfect for an ambitious leader ready to make a difference.

The location of this role is flexible within Europe.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years’ experience in product management or customer marketing in industrial equipment
  • Deep knowledge of gas distributors, OEM dynamics, industrial applications, and SIOP processes
  • Experience in European and export markets; background in cutting & welding applications, Oxyfuel cutting, industrial gas distribution manifolds, regulators, valves, torches is an added advantage.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Europe and global export regions

Key responsibilities:

Product management

  • Define and execute regional product strategies and manage full product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to develop market-relevant solutions
  • Drive product differentiation through customer and market insight

Customer marketing & sales enablement

  • Launch sales campaigns and promotions to grow revenue and market share
  • Develop value propositions and go-to-market toolkits for key segments
  • Support distribution/channel partners with customized content and incentives

OEM & application expansion

  • Build strategic partnerships with OEMs and large industrial gas distributors
  • Identify new applications and collaborate on technical solution development
  • Conduct market research to explore new customer use cases and needs

Distribution growth

  • Assess and expand distribution networks across export markets
  • Develop training and enablement programs for partners
  • Foster long-term relationships with key channel stakeholders

SIOP, forecasting & pipeline management

  • Lead demand planning and monthly SIOP reviews for your portfolio
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and funnel tracking with sales teams
  • Provide leadership with data-driven insights on risks and opportunities

Market intelligence & cross-functional leadership

  • Monitor market trends, regulations, and competitive moves
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings to gather insight
  • Align with global product teams and lead commercialization initiatives
