DXC is in growth mode and seeks a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead (m/f/d) to drive sales initiatives and revenue growth across Europe. The Sales Lead will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and lead a team of sales professionals to meet targets. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading professionals in Sales, Solutioning, and Advisory, delivering valued services to both existing and new clients in their digital transformation journey.

In this role, you will make an impact by :
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Europe.
- Managing internal and external customer relationships, promoting DXC Modern Workplace offerings, and establishing technical credibility with clients.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Creating compelling value propositions that distinguish DXC in the market.
- Providing strategic guidance during solution development and commercial pricing to ensure alignment with company and client strategies.
- Overseeing the delivery and sale of technical solutions to senior client executives, ensuring integration across service lines and alignment with overall technical strategy.
- Serving as a subject matter expert on Modern Workplace solutions and industry trends.
To be successful in this role, you need to have :
- At least 8+ years of experience selling Modern Workplace solutions, including technical consulting or pre-sales solutioning in W&M.
- Experience working within a global, matrix-based organization, with a comprehensive understanding of DXC’s technology stack.
- Knowledge of Modern Workplace solutions such as Digital Support Services, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (Citrix or VMware), Unified Collaboration Services (Microsoft Teams, Slack), Device as a Service, Software Asset Management, and User Experience Analytics.
- A proven track record of closing Modern Workplace Managed Service deals in the $10m-$90m TCV range.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
