Jobbeschreibung

Join us as a European Digital Product Manager for solutions offered to our Financial Institutions clients. As part of the EU product management team within Transaction Banking, you will play a key role in defining new solutions and our priority roadmap for the propositions offered to Financial Institutions clients, as well as driving the commercial performance of our existing solutions.

To be successful as a Digital Product Manager, you will require experience in:

  • Developing commercial business cases for new products to bring to market.
  • Defining and owning the Target Operating Model for new products.
  • Defining and owning the business requirements for product development and user experience enhancements.
  • Collaborating with technology partners to agree on functional design and prioritize future development.
  • Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of existing solutions.
  • Working within a financial services organization.
  • Engaging with various business disciplines, including Compliance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Risk.
  • Understanding global cash management requirements for Financial Institutions across multiple countries.

This role can be based in Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Paris, or Dublin.

You may be assessed on critical skills such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technological skills, and job-specific technical expertise.

This position is classified as a Controlled Function role under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations and may require the role holder to possess mandatory regulatory qualifications or meet internal company benchmarks.

Purpose of the role

To develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, and bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.

Accountabilities
  • Providing SME expertise on products and services, including features, benefits, limitations, risks, and compliance aspects.
  • Identifying market trends, regulatory requirements, and potential risks, analyzing sales data and customer feedback to support product development, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding product usage.
  • Presenting product advantages to potential customers to build trust and encourage adoption.
  • Assisting in developing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and online content.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge.
  • Representing the product at events and conferences to generate interest.
