Job description: Your team

The Pictet Group is a leading independent wealth and asset manager founded in 1805, with a presence in 30 financial centers and over 5,200 employees globally.

Following the successful establishment of our European headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, Pictet & Cie (Europe) AG (BPAG) seeks to strengthen its German team with a Europe Data Protection Officer (f/m/d).

Your role

1. Support and provide expertise on data protection and artificial intelligence matters to Group information security, Tech & Ops, project managers, and business units.
2. Advise European entities on personal data breaches and data subject requests, including notifications to authorities and data subjects as necessary.
3. Coordinate impact assessments such as DPIA, TIA, LIA, or FRIA, ensuring thorough evaluation and compliance.
4. Review and negotiate Data Processing Agreements, contracts, disclaimers, and information notices related to data protection and AI.
5. Conduct training sessions and raise awareness on data protection, information security, and AI regulations.
6. Report regularly to boards, committees, department heads, and the Group DPO on data protection activities and AI topics in Europe.
