Caterpillar Inc. in Kiel is hiring an experienced electrical assembler (m/f/d) to join our team. You will assemble, wire and test electrical/electronic components, following drawings and BOMs, and maintain a quality-focused approach.

The role offers a rolling 3-shift pattern (currently 2 shifts: early/late) with EU work permit requirement. Competitive pay, 30 days holiday and a company pension scheme are included.

Formación

• Completed vocational qualification in an electrical trade (e.g., electronics technician or electrician).
• Experience with industrial electrical/electronic systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a rolling 3-shift model and adapt to current 2-shift operations.

We are looking for an experienced electrical assembler (m/f/d) to join our team at our Kiel site as soon as possible.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Assembly, wiring and testing of electrical/electronic components and assemblies
• Work according to technical drawings, wiring diagrams, work instructions and bills of materials
• Completed vocational qualification in an electrical trade, e.g. electronics technician/electrician, or comparable qualification
• Industrial electrical/electronic and cable-wiring experience is an advantage
• Structured, independent and quality-focused way of working
• Willingness to work shifts
• Shift pattern: the role is shift-based; it will be a rolling 3-shift model, at the moment we are working in 2 shifts (early/late)

A valid work permit or citizenship of an EU/EFTA country is required for this position.
