Responsibilities

• Support localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfilment and further approval processes
• Support local special project completion (in-person or virtual events)
• Support with documentation and reporting
• Develop into first POC for design and copy
• LinkedIn content management across countries
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with the target audience
• Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines, work with other departments to gather necessary data and coordinate with localizers (copy) and design from creative team
• Responsible for project documentation and performance/goals tracking content performance on ad hoc basis (will increase over time)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in both English and German to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in Marketing coordination or Marketing management incl. creative brief management, asset production, documentation
• Analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
• Exceptional written and communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels
• Very organized and result driven, able to perform at a fast pace
• In-depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices (Preferred)
• LinkedIn experience (Preferred)
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (Preferred)
