• Data analysis: Support routine data collection and basic analysis, including consolidating key metrics for weekly and monthly reports and identifying simple trends or changes in performance.
• Streamline operations: Support the team by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements to make processes more efficient.
• Knowledge master sheet: Build and maintain a central knowledge hub (best practices, guidelines, SOPs, playbooks) to ensure clarity and alignment across the team.
• Agency support: Assist in onboarding new agencies by organizing documentation, guiding them through policies, and helping them access growth tools.
• Team enablement: Act as the operational backbone of the team, ensuring meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups are clear and documented.
• Ad-hoc projects: Contribute to business development and agency growth initiatives when needed, with a focus on structure and organization.
