Are you passionate about compliance, eager to lead impactful initiatives, and comfortable in an agency environment? We are seeking an Ethics and Compliance Manager DACH (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in DACH.

Your role at dentsu:

1. You coordinate DACH Risk & Compliance Committee activities, following global guidelines for agendas and minutes.
2. You support other departments with compliance initiatives, coordinate internal control processes, and oversee DI project implementations.
3. You collaborate with senior management, interact with employees regarding internal procedures, and address E&C-related questions.
4. You recommend modifications to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.
5. You manage due diligence processes related to E&C, ensuring their integration into acquisition processes.

Your skills:

1. Proficiency in Ethics and Compliance processes and procedures.
2. Strong analytical and reporting skills.
3. Experience with Risk and Compliance Committee coordination.
4. Knowledge of internal audit and control processes.
5. Ability to adapt procedures for internal reporting and whistleblower protection.
6. Fluent in German and English.
