Ethics and Compliance Manager DACH (m / f / d)

40h full time | home office possible

Are you comfortable in the agency environment, passionate about compliance excellence, and eager to lead impactful initiatives? If so, we invite you to join us as Ethics and Compliance Manager DACH (m / f / d) to strengthen our team in the DACH region.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating DACH Risk & Compliance Committee activities, including managing agendas and minutes in accordance with global guidelines.
2. Supporting various departments in implementing new compliance initiatives, overseeing internal control processes, and monitoring DI project compliance.
3. Collaborating with senior management, communicating internal procedures updates to employees, and addressing E&C-related inquiries.
4. Recommending modifications to local policies, procedures, regulations, and processes to ensure compliance with legal, internal, and DACH standards.
5. Managing due diligence processes related to E&C and integrating these into acquisition procedures.

Qualifications and skills:

1. Proficiency in Ethics and Compliance processes and procedures.
2. Strong analytical and reporting skills for managing internal projects.
3. Experience in coordinating Risk and Compliance Committees.
4. Familiarity with internal audit and control processes.
5. Ability to adapt procedures for internal reporting and whistleblower protection.
6. Fluent in German and English.
