PSI CRO AG is embarking on a strategic journey to enhance our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) performance. We recognize the increasing importance of integrating sustainable and responsible practices into every aspect of our operations.

To ensure compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD) and to align with the expectations of our stakeholders, clients, and partners, we are seeking to engage a specialized ESG implementation partner. You will work closely with our internal teams to design and operationalize a robust ESG strategy, infrastructure, and reporting framework.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in ESG implementation (not only advisory)
• Proven track record of working with multinational or regulated companies; CRO or healthcare sector experience is preferred
• Ability to deliver ESG data platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Familiarity with relevant global standards (GRI, CSRD, etc.)
• Multidisciplinary teams with expertise in environmental science, social impact, governance, and IT / data systems
• Strong communication, training, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
