Responsibilities
  • Launch new products and phase out old products
  • Prepare market launch material in cooperation with the Korean HQ and the European HQ
  • Analyze market gaps and support the sales team by providing product material, needed product modifications, and product solution packages
  • Discuss correct price positioning in the market and conduct competitor benchmarking (price-value propositions per sales channel)
  • Knowledge about HVAC systems, heat pumps, ventilation and DX systems (VRF air conditioning, chiller, air handling units)
  • Responsible for product strategy and knowledge about subsidy schemes in Germany, new market trends; provide market share information
  • Cooperation with German associations such as the bwp
Your qualifications
  • Academic background in HVAC Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant working experience in Sales / Marketing / Engineering in a related industry
  • Preferably relevant experience in heating or air conditioning related business field
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to communicate with various functions and levels of the organization and with customers
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Fluent in German and English (knowledge of other European languages is valued)
