One of Europe’s largest fashion retailers (1,200+ stores, €4 billion+ revenue, active across Europe and beyond) are launching their group-wide migration from their legacy ERP landscape to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The role

• End-to-end leadership of the complete ERP transformation programme
• Redesign and harmonisation of all end-to-end core processes across the group (procurement, logistics, finance, retail, etc.)
• Breaking down silos, driving organisational change, and ensuring business adoption
• Management of C-level stakeholders, multiple workstreams, and external partners
• Strategic programme steering with full accountability for time, budget, quality, and benefits realisation
• Far more process/transformation leadership than hands-on technical implementation

Your background

• 7+ years leading large-scale, process-heavy ERP programmes (ideally retail/fashion experience)
• Proven track record of successful ERP migrations/transformations (Dynamics 365 or Dynamics AX strongly preferred; SAP background also valued)
• Deep knowledge of business process redesign
• Excellent stakeholder management at board level and strong change management skills
• Fluent German (C1+) and English
• Based in or willing to work from Braunschweig HQ (modern offices, international team)
