• Analytical mindset and proficient handling of technical data.

Aufgaben

Responsibilities

• Take technical responsibility for production equipment, ensuring high plant availability while complying with all legal requirements and internal standards.
• Systematically analyze malfunctions, identify root causes, derive sustainable solutions, and document results transparently.
• Plan, manage, and implement optimization projects to increase efficiency, reliability, and performance of equipment.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment performance using defined KPIs, derive improvement measures, and define and maintain process windows, target parameters, and technical reference values.
• Support the introduction of new equipment and technical changes, ensuring successful transfer into production operations.
• Develop sustainable technical solutions in close cooperation with EHS, Production, and Maintenance, driving continuous improvement of existing processes.
• Participate in on‑call service to ensure continuous equipment operation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree completed (PhD desirable) in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• More than one year of experience in industrial process or equipment engineering.
• Experience in equipment development, optimization, and process scale‑up.
• Strong analytical skills for complex technical problems.
• High level of self‑organization, structured working methods, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Analytical mindset and confident handling of technical data and evaluation methods.
