Park Street People is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead the design, analysis and optimisation of membrane filtration and liquid processing systems. You will work directly with customers from concept through commissioning, delivering innovative solutions and improving plant performance.

Role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing engineering documentation and supporting project delivery across the full lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
• Experience in a similar process engineering role.
• Knowledge of membrane filtration or liquid processing technologies.
• Experience producing PFDs and P&IDs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Develop process designs, mass and energy balances, process flow diagrams and P&IDs.
• Provide technical support during the sales process, including equipment sizing, process evaluations and customer presentations.
• Analyse customer process data to identify opportunities for optimisation and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with project managers, automation engineers and manufacturing teams to deliver projects.
• Support FAT, commissioning, start-up and performance validation at customer sites.
• Investigate process issues, perform root cause analysis and implement engineering solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction opportunities.
• Provide technical support to customers and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.

Are you an experienced Process Engineer with a background in chemical, dairy, food or sanitary process systems? Do you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges, working directly with customers, and seeing your designs come to life from concept through to commissioning?

We\'re looking for a Process Engineer to play a key role in delivering innovative membrane filtration and liquid processing solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on technically challenging projects, collaborate with talented multidisciplinary teams, and help customers improve efficiency, product quality and plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing process designs, mass and energy balances, process flow diagrams and P&IDs
• Providing technical support during the sales process, including equipment sizing, process evaluations and customer presentations
• Analysing customer process data to identify opportunities for optimisation and performance improvements
• Working closely with project managers, automation engineers and manufacturing teams to deliver successful projects
• Supporting factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning, start-up and performance validation at customer sites
• Investigating process issues, carrying out root cause analysis and implementing effective engineering solutions
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, engineering standards and cost reduction opportunities
• Providing technical support to customers and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Educated to degree level in Chemical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of membrane filtration systems or liquid processing technologies
• Experience preparing engineering documentation including PFDs and P&IDs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analysing engineering data
