Your Role

• You will support our production by ensuring that our systems are technically available.
• This includes carrying out regular maintenance according to checklists and repairing the systems.
• You will be trained internally for this task. Your shift colleagues, who have been with you for some time, will support you and be at your side.

Your Profile

• You know how to turn screws instead of pulling them.
• You are interested in technology and enjoy working in a team to get things done.
• You have technical training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, etc.
• Your German language skills are at least B2 level so that you understand our maintenance instructions and colleagues.
• You enjoy working in shifts and can also imagine working 12-hour shifts.
• You benefit from 2 guaranteed weekends off per month.
• The shift schedule for the entire year is already fixed. You have full planning flexibility.
• You only work 14-15 instead of the usual 21 working days per month. This saves travel costs and travel time.
• Shift work is remunerated with shift bonuses and a shift allowance.
• The assignment is temporary (approx. 2 years).
