As an Enterprise Planning Consultant at Keyrus, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with other consultants to build your skills in Anaplan, implementing and optimizing sophisticated planning models and solutions. Responsibilities include:

• Supporting technical leaders during requirements gathering and design, taking notes during client meetings, and developing relevant questions to understand client needs.
• Configuring and deploying Anaplan solutions to meet client needs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Assisting with configuration of EPM software and system testing.
• Resolving technical issues through debugging and research, and supporting production issues as needed.
• Reviewing configurations and providing constructive feedback, and being receptive to feedback from the project team and leadership.
• Maintaining client focus, demonstrating ownership, and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding the 'why' behind business requirements.
• Clarifying your role within the project and team, and adhering to project priorities, scope, timeline, and milestones.
• Creating and maintaining documentation, including user guides, technical specs, and training materials.
• Assisting in developing and delivering end-user training programs.
• Delivering demonstrations to diverse audiences, from executives to end-users.
• Staying current with Anaplan platform updates, industry best practices, and maintaining relevant certifications.
• Building effective relationships with team members and engaging appropriately with clients.
• Developing strong communication skills.
• Providing ongoing client support, troubleshooting, and ensuring effective use of EPM systems.

Required Attributes :

• Background in business, finance, multi-dimensional modeling, data analytics, BI, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Anaplan, including design, implementation, and optimization, with relevant certifications.
• Effective communication skills.
• Organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Management and Technology, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project and client needs.

Desired Attributes :

• Interest in working with global teams and clients worldwide.
• Experience with Performance Management Solutions like IBM TM1/PA, Oracle Hyperion, SAP SAC, Tagetik, Board, Pigment, or OneStream.
• Experience in finance, sales, or operations functions.
• Knowledge of data integration tools (Informatica, SnapLogic, Oracle Data Integrator).
• Knowledge of RDBMS and SQL, including MySQL, PL/SQL, PartiQL, SAS.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
