Are you passionate about driving environmental sustainability and ensuring workplace safety? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Drive the Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System (according to ISO 14001/ISO 45001) and closely monitor the goals and programs for the relevant Fiscal Year
• Plan and administer the annual audit plan, ensuring thorough and timely audits
• Review and update Environmental, Health, and Safety documentation connected with the Integrated Management System (IMS)
• Provide support on environmental aspects of business operations, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Ensure relevant environmental data is gathered and accessible, particularly for ESG reporting purposes
• Develop new guidelines and processes to enhance environmental management and compliance

Show your expertise

• Completed degree in engineering or training as a technician / master craftsman or as an occupational safety specialist
• Several years of experience
• Knowledge of legal framework of European Environmental and Safety Legislation
• In depth knowledge of ISO 14001 and 45001, knowledge of ESG (in particular CSRD) is a plus
• (Lead) Auditor certification and experience
• Very good German and English skills
