The EHS Advisor will be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors by implementing and monitoring EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations. This role will also support EHS compliance and best practices within Oracle’s cloud environments, including data centers and related operational facilities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or similar.
  • German-specific EHS certification (e.g., Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, Sicherheits Certifikat Contraktoren, Sicherheitsbeauftragter)
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in an EHS advisor or similar role, within the technology, cloud services, or data center industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of German and EU EHS regulations.
  • Experience with EHS compliance programs in cloud/data center environments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both in German and English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence across different teams, including construction projects and cloud operations.
