Environmental Data Analyst (m / f / d)

Location: Berlin

Your tasks:

1. Collecting, processing, and handling energy and water data for ESG / non-financial reporting.
2. Supporting the analysis and implementation of digital solutions and procedures for data collection and reporting.
3. Training operational teams and other departments on new processes and tools for data management.
4. Coordinating with multiple departments to manage incoming energy data from various sources.
5. Ensuring completeness and performing quality checks on incoming energy data.
6. Assisting in developing reports and analysis to support business decisions.
7. Implementing and ensuring compliance with reporting standards (e.g., CSRD, EU taxonomy).

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in engineering, energy, environmental sciences, or economic sciences.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, self-driven, and highly motivated.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience with environmental data management tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with reporting standards such as CSRD, EPRA, GRI, and CDP is beneficial.
• Knowledge of real estate, including residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
