We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) to join our BEAT81 team as a hands-on generalist and strategic problem solver. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves tackling new challenges, and is eager to drive company-wide initiatives.

You’ll work closely with leadership to build dashboards, craft presentations, and lead operational projects that support key strategic goals.

This is a unique opportunity to take on a high-impact, generalist role, where you’ll drive initiatives and create meaningful change across the organization.

You will:

• Collaborate closely with the leadership team on cross-functional projects
• Build dashboards, presentations, and reports that drive strategic decisions
• Take full ownership of operational projects from start to finish
• Contribute to scaling company-wide initiatives and other key growth areas
• Provide flexible support across teams based on evolving business needs
• Identify and execute on opportunities to optimize efficiency and impact

You have:

• 1-2 years experience (including internships and working student job), in startups, consulting, strategy, or operations
• Comfort with complexity and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Confidence in working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Expertise in creating clear, impactful presentations and data-driven dashboards
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and a strong drive to take initiative

Nice to have:

• SQL skills
• Experience in a B2C offline operations environment
