We’re looking for a motivated Entrepreneur in Residence (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and support its go-to-market strategies. In your day-to-day work, you’ll ensure that our portfolio company’s business-critical services are optimized and contribute to various projects.

Join our portfolio company: Founded in 2021 with its HQ in Berlin/Germany, the company runs a trailblazing marketplace that redefines one of the largest supply chains on earth. The company’s mission is to unlock the vast potential of cross-border supply for the Western Market by providing global access to high-quality products through their innovative platform. Since the launch in January 2022, the firm has operated discreetly with no public profile or media coverage while it has already successfully served hundreds of companies.

In this role, you’ll:

• Develop the go-to-market strategy with the Founder Team
• Analyse and optimise category management with the procurement team
• Support the Founder Team in rescoping, optimising, and expanding the Supplier Management System
• Analyse new product and customer segments to plan and implement innovative growth initiatives with the Sales Lead
• Design a roadmap towards a sustainable Supply Chain
• Optimise current processes across all areas and create new processes at our portfolio company

Your Profile

• Experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or high-growth startups
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and curiosity for new technologies
• Flexible generalist and solution-oriented pragmatist
• Passionate about growth startups and transforming the construction industry with an international team
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Hands-on mentality — only implementation satisfies you
• Ability to communicate directly with customers, suppliers, partners, and investors, and take initiative
• Excellent academic background in Economics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Business proficiency in German and English

Please note that support is required at our portfolio company's Berlin office. Eligibility to work in the EU is mandatory.
