As a Solutions Architect focused on the SmartRecruiters Talent Acquisition Suite, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of all core modules and innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills in both B2B SaaS products and HR/recruiting processes, along with customer-facing skills that enable effective representation of SmartRecruiters to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, having a network of key technology influencers within the HR technology space is advantageous. The candidate should also demonstrate the ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.

Job Description

You will:

  • Be fluent in written and verbal German or French.
  • Possess exceptional knowledge of enterprise CRM or ATS systems and the SaaS ecosystem, with outstanding presentation skills and strong team values.
  • Participate in demos, discussions, and various use-case scenarios, assisting sales reps with technical and implementation conversations, especially around integrations, system architecture, security, and data privacy.
  • Scope service engagements for enterprise prospects, collaborating with internal services teams and key SI partners.
  • Understand the product comprehensively and communicate its business value effectively to prospects and clients.
  • Design creative, non-standard technical solutions to leverage the extensibility of the SmartRecruiters platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with account executives to lead the technical sales process, including discovery, demos, pilot management, training, due diligence, and security discussions.
  • Participate in technical calls and discussions with prospects and clients.
  • Gather, specify, and manage product and engineering requests from the sales team.
  • Document pre-sales findings and solutions for review with implementation teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
  • Assist with and advise on integration implementations.
  • Draft and negotiate enterprise SOWs and additional services.
  • Lead RFP and Security Questionnaire completion with dedicated coordinators.
  • Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of solution consulting or sales engineering experience, preferably with a SaaS enterprise solution or managing a tech stack in-house.
  • Consistent track record of over-achievement.
  • Driven, adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
  • Technically proficient, with experience in HCM technologies preferred.
  • Fluent in written and verbal German or French.
