  • Ensure effective/sound implementation and integration of the risk management framework across all Unzer entities, adhering to relevant regulatory requirements (EBA, CSSF, MaRisk, DFSA, and/or other applicable EU regulations), including risk appetite statement and the derived financial and non‑financial risk limits and thresholds.
  • Identify and address gaps in the risk framework while proactively proposing solutions, changes, or preventive measures; conduct risk analyses and review existing controls for effectiveness, including scenario and stress testing as well as risk reporting with key risk indicators for management and committees.
  • Assess, review, and contribute to continually improve the risk management framework, ensuring it remains effective amid changing regulatory and business needs.
  • Contribute with developing, updating, and maintaining risk policies, procedures, and related documentation across both risk domains.
