As our new Enterprise Relationship Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for some of our biggest clients in the DACH region (and beyond!). You’ll help them get the most out of Sharpist, spot new opportunities to support their goals, and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This role is a mix of account management, project coordination, and consultative partnership.
Grow Iconic Accounts: Identify growth opportunities and align Sharpist’s solutions to your clients’ most pressing talent development needs.
Build Executive Trust: Forge long-term partnerships with senior leaders, becoming their go-to expert for all things learning and development.
Lead Projects: Orchestrate smooth implementation of our platform, ensuring every client touchpoint is exceptional.
Drive Results: Combine consultative selling with strategic account management, making a measurable difference for your clients and for Sharpist.
You have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally with large enterprise clients.
You speak German at a native (C1+) level and are fluent in English.
You love building relationships and are comfortable talking to senior leaders.
You’re organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You’re willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
You’ve worked in Tech, SaaS, Learning & Development, or HR.
