Wolt, part of DoorDash (NASDAQ:DASH), is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in building our business in Germany. We are seeking an Enterprise Key Account Manager (w/m/d) to manage and develop relationships with our largest restaurant partners in the region. Join us in our mission to empower and grow local economies!

About the Team

The Enterprise Business Development team is an international group of passionate sales and relationship managers targeting and growing strategic partnerships in Germany. This includes leading new brand rollouts, expanding existing partnerships, and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance our offerings for partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with C-suite stakeholders of large national and international brands.
  • Identify partner needs, prioritize them internally, and co-create solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage partners in growth strategies, such as expanding store counts, increasing sales, and enhancing profitability.
  • Introduce and implement new product and service opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase revenue (e.g., white-label logistics, advertising).
  • Execute co-marketing campaigns to promote partnerships, boost sales, and raise customer awareness across channels.
  • Drive operational improvements with partners to ensure optimal customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Proven success in business development or account management, with experience negotiating with C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills with experience in Excel and ideally other tools like SQL or Looker.
  • Ability to translate broad challenges into actionable projects with clear milestones.
  • Self-motivated, reliable team player capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results.
  • Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes across your portfolio.
