Enterprise Key Account Manager (w/m/d), Berlin

Location: Berlin or Munich

Wolt, part of DoorDash (NASDAQ:DASH), is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in building our business in Germany. We are seeking an Enterprise Key Account Manager (w/m/d) to manage and develop relationships with some of our largest restaurant partners in the region. About the Team

The Enterprise Business Development team is an international group of passionate sales and relationship managers targeting and growing strategic partnerships in Germany. This includes leading new brand rollouts, expanding existing partnerships, and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance our offerings and deliver value to our partners and end customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partner relationships with C-suite stakeholders of large national and international brands.
  • Identify partner needs and prioritize them based on business impact, co-creating solutions with internal and external teams.
  • Engage partners in growth strategy discussions (e.g., expanding store count, increasing sales, improving profitability, onboarding new brands).
  • Introduce and implement new product and service opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase revenue streams (e.g., white-label logistics, advertising).
  • Design and execute co-marketing campaigns to promote partnerships, boost sales, and increase customer awareness across channels.
  • Drive operational improvements with partners to ensure excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Proven success in business development and/or account management, including stakeholder negotiations at C-level.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Looker) to derive insights and inform strategies.
  • Ability to transform broad challenges into structured projects with clear milestones, working with international teams.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing multiple projects with a results-driven approach.
  • Ownership mindset with pride in achieving results.
