Wolt, part of DoorDash (NASDAQ:DASH), is looking for top talent to play a pivotal role in building our business in Germany. We are seeking an Enterprise Key Account Manager (w/m/d) to manage and develop relationships with some of our largest restaurant partners in the region. Join us in our global mission to empower and grow local economies!

About the Team

The Enterprise Business Development team is an international group of passionate sales and relationship managers who target and grow strategic partnerships in Germany. This includes leading the rollout of new brands, expanding existing partnerships, and collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance our offerings for partners and end customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture partner relationships with C-suite stakeholders of large national and international brands.
  • Identify partner needs, prioritize them internally by impact, and co-create solutions with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Engage partners in growth strategy discussions, such as expanding store counts, increasing sales, and expanding with new brands.
  • Introduce and implement new product and service opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase revenue streams (e.g., white-label logistics, advertising).
  • Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns to promote partnerships, drive sales, and increase customer awareness across channels.
  • Drive operational improvements with partners to ensure optimal customer experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German and proficient in English for business communication.
  • Proven success in business development and/or account management, with experience engaging C-Level stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel, SQL, Looker to derive insights.
  • Ability to translate broad challenges into structured projects with clear milestones.
  • Self-motivated, reliable team player capable of managing multiple projects and delivering results on time.
  • Ownership-driven with a strong bias for action.
