To strengthen our Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Innovation Team within Corporate Information Technology, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Domain Architect for the Digital Supply Chain domain at ZEISS. In this role, you will provide guidance, architectural expertise, and EA governance to manage enterprise architecture within ZEISS.

Furthermore, you will:

1. Design the global IT technology, application, and data architecture to ensure cohesive and operationally effective solution building blocks at the platform and application levels.
2. Develop a comprehensive vision for the target architecture, considering business requirements and EA sustainability in the 'Digital Supply Chain.'
3. Assess the current capabilities and application landscape to identify and prioritize EA improvement potentials.
4. Lead the definition of the ZEISS architectural IT framework and high-level roadmap within the EA domain ERP SCM, including Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, and Business Planning solutions, in collaboration with stakeholders and architects.
5. Advise management and guide solution development teams on technological and architectural issues.
6. Scout new domain-relevant technologies and assist business units in shaping their IT/Digital Roadmap.
7. Lead Solution Architects within the decentralized CIT organization in the domain.
8. Act in an EA governance role within architecture decision bodies.
9. Ensure high-quality architecture documentation, especially in the Enterprise EA repository.

Minimum requirements include:

1. A Master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Profound professional experience in enterprise and solution architecture design, especially in Cloud Digital platforms, SAP S/4, and SaaS products.
3. Knowledge of production engineering and operations processes and their integration with SCM modules.
4. Experience in EA Governance in large, global companies, applying methods like TOGAF.
5. Experience with large IT transformation programs.
6. Strong professional integrity and transparency, especially in interactions with management.
7. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders, chairing meetings, and facilitating workshops.
8. Ability to work independently across multiple organizational levels.
9. Willingness for continuous professional development.
10. Fluency in English and German.
