Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and implementation of governance structures in the ServiceNow ecosystem to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, development teams, and management to provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow and other platforms.
• Own key architectural decisions and IT governance policies focusing on performance, security, and scalability by leading the Architecture Board.
• Oversee architectural improvements and ServiceNow integrations to ensure interoperability.
• Serve as the primary contact for high-level architectural proposals, including design documentation and blueprints.
• Mentor and coach internal ServiceNow experts to support their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow implementations and enterprise architectural design.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules like CSM and ITSM, and integration experience (e.g., Salesforce).
• Leadership experience in enterprise architecture projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management processes.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and API integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Personal Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective team collaboration abilities.
• Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

Additional Information:

The gross annual salary for this role is at least 117,000 EUR for a 40-hour workweek, depending on experience.
