Job Title: Enterprise Architect
Location: Germany
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise architecture that aligns with the business's strategic objectives and technology requirements.
- Lead the design and integration of enterprise-wide solutions that meet business needs while ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce enterprise architecture governance, standards, and best practices across all technology domains.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization is adopting innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to technology infrastructure, security, and compliance.
- Implement continuous improvement processes for architecture practices to enhance efficiency, scalability, and resilience of systems.
- Create clear documentation of architecture designs, technical roadmaps, and frameworks. Present solutions and architectures to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT architecture, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks) .
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM).
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, databases, security, and software development life cycles.
- Proficiency in designing and integrating enterprise-level solutions using modern technologies (e.g., microservices, containers, APIs).
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards
- Experience in semiconductor industry will be an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
