As a Junior Advertising Sales Manager, you will join our growing DACH team and focus on building and managing long-term strategic partnerships with Tier I Brands and agencies across the region. You will contribute to Taboola’s growth by advocating the power of our platform within assigned client-direct and agency accounts. Success is based on prospecting, networking, pipeline development, new client acquisition, client retention, growth, and achieving revenue goals. You will work in a matrixed environment with support from account managers, media planners, creative strategists, and agency leaders. What you’ll do:

  • Generate new business, manage a pipeline, and forecast closures
  • Understand client organizations and offer multiple Taboola products
  • Gain understanding of digital technology, programmatic, video, and revenue ecosystems
  • Work with the Advertising Sales Director to meet revenue goals
  • Coach and mentor sales team members
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team for client expectations and campaign success
  • Maintain long-term client relationships
  • Provide feedback to product teams for development needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s a plus
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts
  • Metrics-oriented and competitive attitude
  • Excellent German language skills; good English skills are a plus
  • Passion for hunting, educating, and selling
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
