Job Title : Enterprise Account Manager – EMEA (Maternity Cover)

Location : Remote (EMEA preferred) – Onsite 2 days / week to start

Contract Type : Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover)

Languages : Fluency in English required; German proficiency is a strong plus

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager (AM) to join our team and cover a key portfolio of enterprise partnerships. This is a maternity cover position with high strategic importance, managing a small number of high-impact partnerships with a strong focus on data-driven growth, technical collaboration, and long-term value creation.

You’ll serve as the main point of contact for several strategic API-integrated partners across EMEA, ensuring smooth technical integrations, driving adoption of new features, and building multi-functional relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA, managing relationships with API-integrated partners.
  • Serve as the commercial lead while working closely with technical and product teams—both internally and externally—to support feature adoption and integration success.
  • Conduct weekly business reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners to drive shared growth initiatives.
  • Partner with internal API and product teams to educate external partners on the commercial and technical benefits of new features.
  • Negotiate complex, multi-functional deals involving finance, marketing, tech, and product stakeholders.
  • Use a data-driven approach to track account health, growth metrics, and performance indicators—identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and increased acquisition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, marketing, and technical leaders to align strategic priorities and unlock value for both the company and the partner.
  • Represent the company in face-to-face meetings with key accounts; some travel within EMEA may be required.
  • Provide strategic guidance to commercial managers and collaborate with C-level contacts at partner organizations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in enterprise account management, partnerships, or a similar commercial role.
  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and complex deal negotiations , ideally in tech or platform-based businesses.
  • Strong understanding of API-based partnerships and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and product teams.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with finance, product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to partner management.
  • Comfortable with data and performance metrics—able to use insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple high-stakes relationships simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a significant advantage.
