Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for hunting new opportunities and expanding key accounts? We are seeking a driven Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead growth in the high-potential Nordic region and join our vibrant, fast-growing team. If you thrive in a startup/scale-up environment and excel at closing complex enterprise deals, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do:

  1. Own Your Territory: Manage and grow your portfolio of accounts with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  2. Close High-Value Deals: Drive interest, adoption, and multi-year deals worth 6-7 figures.
  3. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with SDRs, internal teams, and global partners to support client engagement.
  4. Engage Globally: Navigate global cultures and working styles to bring teams together and win clients.
  5. Execute Sales Strategies: Use calls, emails, social outreach, demos, face-to-face meetings, and presentations to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
  6. Support Clients: Act as a trusted advisor and deliver exceptional service alongside the Customer Success team.
  7. Network and Represent: Attend industry events to build connections and promote the company.
  8. Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and opportunities.
  9. Achieve Revenue Goals: Deliver results and contribute to growth targets.

Who You Are:

  1. Experienced Closer: 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise roles managing deals over $100k.
  2. Hunter Mentality: Passionate about finding and securing new business opportunities.
  3. SaaS Expert: Experience selling SaaS platforms; HR Tech, Coaching, or L&D experience is a plus.
  4. Strategic Storyteller: Combine storytelling with data to engage prospects effectively.
  5. Global Thinker: Thrive in an international environment, thinking globally while acting locally.
  6. Adaptable and Resilient: Excel in dynamic, high-expectation environments.
  7. Personable Team Player: Enjoy collaboration and bring energy and fun to the team.
  8. Multilingual: Native-level Swedish and/or Danish, professional English proficiency.
  9. Mobile Professional: Willing to travel across Europe for client and team meetings (up to 20%).

Location: Reside in Sweden or Denmark.
