We are looking for senior sales representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a key role in our growth in the MENA market and will represent our mission of professional coaching for everyone.

For this position, you can work remotely from anywhere within MENA or Germany.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Own your territory of accounts, working closely with your SDR, to drive interest and adoption in the product. Close pilots and drive the sales process through to multi-year 6-7 figure deals.
  2. Collaborate with internal partners and be creative to support engagement from our clients.
  3. Execute all sales activities: calls, social engagement, web demos, on-site F2F appointments, negotiations, and presentations to move prospects through the sales cycle.
  4. Support existing clients as a consultant and deliver excellent customer service alongside your CS representative.
  5. Attend industry events to expand your network and promote our company.
  6. Manage customer interactions, pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management accurately.
  7. Meet and exceed revenue targets.
YOUR PROFILE
  1. 7+ years of sales experience, including 3-5 years managing and closing complex enterprise deals over €100k.
  2. Enjoy working at speed and handling high expectations.
  3. Experience selling SaaS platforms and within the HR Tech sector is preferred.
  4. Proven strategic, curious, and creative thinking with a track record of success.
  5. Ability to prospect and build a pipeline independently.
  6. Motivated, articulate, diplomatic, with excellent communication skills.
  7. Adaptable to changing circumstances and initiatives.
  8. Team-oriented, personable, and fun to work with.
  9. Willing to travel within MENA and EMEA for up to 20% of the time.
  10. Based within MENA or Germany, fluent in native Arabic and professional English.
