We are looking for a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/x) to join our sales team and play a key role in growing our customer base.

In this role, you will report to the EVP Revenue. You will work alongside a team of Frontys focusing on our customers’ business needs. Our priority is offering an offline-like digital shopping experience by learning about their business, asking questions, listening, and educating.

Tasks
  1. Demonstrate an understanding of Frontnow's solutions and their value to customers.
  2. Advise CMO level executives with industry insights; build and grow executive relationships.
  3. Develop and close business to meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, reflecting Frontnow's values.
  4. Align with partner ecosystem to maximize market opportunity.
  5. Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting.
  6. Build effective relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams to ensure strategy alignment and achieve objectives.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7 years selling enterprise SaaS solutions in CX/E-Commerce.
  2. Proficient in value-based solution selling, focusing on tangible business outcomes.
  3. Proven success in the specific geographical/account territory.
  4. Good relationships with previous sales operation teams.
  5. Ability to build internal partnerships with key stakeholders.
  6. Consultative and professional customer engagement approach.
  7. Proficiency in executing formal sales processes and familiarity with qualification frameworks.
  8. Experience managing accounts in CX/E-Commerce to elevate business.
  9. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
