Job Description:

Our customer is a leading global technology company offering a cutting-edge software observability platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and automation. Its innovative technologies are instrumental in monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing various aspects such as application performance, software development and security practices, IT infrastructure, and user experience for organizations worldwide, including businesses and government agencies.

Due to further organic growth, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager (m/f/x) - Unified Observability Platform.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Execute on account plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a broad, regionally focused accounts, including enterprise private sector accounts.
  2. Drive new logo acquisition while working with existing customers to retain and expand usage.
  3. Consult with VP- and C-level executives to develop and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by our client's observability platform and positions the platform relative to the competition.
  4. Generate velocity by establishing the platform in new and existing markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  5. Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure the platform can be sold broadly and effectively.
  6. Work closely and co-sell with our client's functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other lines of business to develop and execute a solution strategy to meet customer business needs.
  7. Ensure your customers’ implementations are wildly successful.
Your Qualifications:
  • You have a successful track record in enterprise software sales.
  • You thrive in high-velocity situations and can think and act with a sense of urgency.
  • Your organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are top-notch.
  • You have experience with account mapping and planning.
  • You are a motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently delivers high performance against quota driven by VP- and C-level relationships.
  • You are able to manage sales cycles within complex organizations while compressing decision cycles.
  • You possess outstanding communication (written and oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • You know how to collaborate internally across all supporting resources within sales to maximize your effectiveness and advance the sales process.
  • You possess MEDDIC experience.
  • You have APM experience (a plus, not necessary).
  • You must be fluent in English and German.
