What to Expect
  • Strategic acquisition of new enterprise clients in the retail sector, from initial contact to closing and account expansion.
  • Understanding client business and market needs, and positioning Wemolo as a vital partner with tailored solutions.
  • Developing long-term partnerships and strategically managing accounts.
  • Working with clear goals, maintaining transparency of your pipeline, and developing forecasts and account plans to meet annual targets.
  • Collaborating closely with retail teams, marketing, SDRs, and customer success to optimize customer experience and identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, successfully acquiring and managing enterprise clients, with complex sales processes.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and customer retention.
  • Data-driven with good understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex topics clearly.
  • Proficient in German (C2) and fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Germany (~10%) and hold a valid driving license.
