Qualifikationen

Track-POD is extending our Sales Team by adding world-class SaaS salespeople. If your profile captures our attention for an outbound/inbound Enterprise Account Executive position in Germany, apply today.

Responsibilities :
  1. Build, manage, and convert your international pipeline of prospective clients.
  2. Find new prospects using LinkedIn, Lusha, LemList, Cognism, and other tools.
  3. Work, refresh, and re-engage old prospects in CRM.
  4. Close new deals online through remote demos from outbound and inbound leads.
  5. Qualify new inbound/outbound leads using phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, Lusha tools.
  6. Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue/quota through the management and execution of the Track-POD sales process.
  7. Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep account information current.
  8. Identify new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  9. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty.
  10. Maintain frequent contact with clients to understand their needs.
  11. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.
  12. Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data online.
Qualifications :
  1. Solid experience closing deals of 20K+ EUR per year per customer.
  2. Personal drive - a self-starter with ambition.
  3. Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales roles; SaaS experience is a plus.
  4. 4+ years of outside/direct sales experience with a quota.
  5. 4+ years of account management or inside sales experience in SaaS or software industry.
  6. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiation principles.
  7. Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  8. Experience conducting online presentations (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc.).
  9. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to build relationships.
  10. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  11. Proven track record in planning, developing, and implementing new business activities involving leading-edge technology.
  12. Enthusiastic and passionate about sales.
  13. BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing.
