Enterprise AE (New Business) | DACH | Martech / CX | Remote

Are you a proven New Business hunter based in Germany? This is your chance to join a high-growth MarTech leader in their top-performing region. With strong backing, hot demand, and serious comp, this role is tailor-made for sellers who win big and want more.

  • Up to €300,000 OTE
  • AI‑driven MarTech & CX platform loved by global brands
  • True hunter role : create pipeline, run full cycle, close.
  • 0 to €9m ARR in DACH over the last 4 years.

DACH already delivers the highest ACV in EMEA; you’ll inherit customer evidence and prime references. To be considered for the role you must have the following experience.

  • 5+ years of closing New Business in MarTech / CX
  • Proven ability to exceed targets ($1m or equivalent in €)
  • Experience of selling in C-Suite
  • Strong understanding of MEDDICC / MEDDPICC
  • Fluent in German
