Position Summary

The Enterprise Account Director EMEA is responsible for driving new account acquisition and upselling TeleSign solutions to existing enterprise customers. They will develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory strategy to achieve specific targets, oversee opportunity creation, and articulate the value proposition of TeleSign solutions within their territory.

Essential Functions
  1. Consultatively sell the suite of TeleSign services by aligning business challenges with technology solutions.
  2. Close new business with named accounts, including some of the largest companies globally.
  3. Identify key decision-makers, approvers, and influencers; develop strategies to increase deal confidence.
  4. Drive revenue growth within accounts by uncovering new use cases, expanding current opportunities, and upselling/cross-selling services.
  5. Manage lead generation, qualification, opportunity management, and contract closure.
  6. Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and HQ Sales Operations teams.
  7. Work with the Global Carrier Business Development team to develop and close market opportunities.
  8. Build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  9. Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Understanding or experience in information security, SaaS models, identity and authentication, and B2B2C sales.
  • Experience selling into financial services, banking, fintech, payments, lending, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Market knowledge and contacts in the CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) space.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
