To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide advisory and support services to our international premium clients regarding the order process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service, understanding the nuances of e-commerce business.
  • Continuously improve internal processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Native proficiency in US or UK English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
  • Conscientious handling of customer data.
  • Flexible, able to work under pressure, team player.
  • Proactive, organized, good time management skills.
