To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f / m / d) to be based in our Munich office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  1. Advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process
  2. Answering customer requests via phone calls and e-mails
  3. Providing best-in-class customer service based on a thorough understanding of the e-commerce business
  4. Continuous improvement of internal processes
  5. Close collaboration with our Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments
WHO YOU ARE
  • Native verbal and written knowledge of US or UK English to support our customer; additional languages are a plus
  • First experience in customer care or a similar service-oriented industry
  • Proficiency in MS-Office
  • Conscientious handling of customer data
  • Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and capacity for teamwork
  • Proactive attitude, good organizational skills, and time management
