Job Description:

To support our Customer Care team, we are searching for a Customer Care & Fashion Advisor – UK English (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide advisory and support services for our international premium clients concerning the order process.
  2. Respond to customer requests via phone calls and emails.
  3. Deliver best-in-class customer service, understanding the nuances of e-commerce business.
  4. Continuously improve internal processes.
  5. Collaborate closely with our Payment, Warehouse, and Shipping departments.
Qualifications:
  1. Native verbal and written knowledge of US or UK English; additional languages are a plus.
  2. Experience in customer care or a service-oriented industry.
  3. Attention to detail when handling customer data.
  4. Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, teamwork skills.
  5. Proactive attitude, good organizational and time management skills.
