The role of a Business Development Representative (BDR) involves calling English-speaking companies and engaging with IT managers. There is no selling over the phone; the goal is to generate "leads" by setting up meetings between IT managers and our clients' sales representatives. During our signature Warm Handover, you will collaborate closely with sales experts from clients like Intel, Dell, and Fujitsu, gaining industry insights and expanding your network of decision-makers globally.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with key decision-makers: Connecting with IT managers via phone to understand their current tech setups.
  • Stimulating interest: Presenting our client's innovative IT solutions and demonstrating how they can optimize processes and boost productivity.
  • Creating high-value opportunities: Scheduling meetings between prospects and our client's sales team to advance discussions.

We provide an excellent four-week onboarding process to prepare you for success as a BDR.

Uncapped Commission System:

As a BDR at Anteriad, your earnings are directly tied to your effort. Our uncapped commission system rewards you for generating leads—more leads mean more income.

Your profile:

  • C2 level English – Required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
  • Previous CRM experience is desirable but not mandatory
  • Target-driven mindset & proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Reside in the Madrid region (Comunidad de Madrid)
  • Legally eligible to work full-time in Spain

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
  • Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
