The role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Finance Tech Squad within SCM, responsible for integrating and maintaining critical finance systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday, and internal applications. The manager will represent the team, advocate for optimal solutions, and lead technical and people management efforts.

What you’ll do

1. Build, grow, and manage a team of 5-8 engineers focused on finance enterprise systems.
2. Collaborate with product, finance, accounting, and IT leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
3. Deliver high-quality solutions, emphasizing quality, team health, and operational excellence.
4. Oversee integration of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Workday, and other finance systems.
5. Ensure system uptime, performance, security, and compliance.
6. Shape technical strategy and participate in architectural decisions.
7. Manage coaching, career development, performance reviews, and staffing.

What you’ll bring

1. Over 10 years of engineering experience, including 2+ years in team management, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS.
2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with JVM languages (preferably Kotlin), Postgres, Kafka, and Flink.
3. Knowledge of cloud computing, containerization, and DevOps practices.
4. Excellent communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex technical topics clearly.
5. Experience in developing engineering roadmaps, agile practices, and project management.
6. Passion for coaching and developing engineers.
