The candidate shall possess strong expertise in power system applications, FACTS technologies, STATCOM Control & Protection systems hardware design, Substation Automation & Hardware Integration, Software Engineering & HMI Configuration, Industrial Communication Protocols, IEC 61850 based communication systems, and industrial Cybersecurity requirements for critical infrastructure. The role requires technical leadership, project coordination, customer interaction and mentoring to engineering team. The position involves leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for control, protection, SCADA, HMI, communication, and cybersecurity systems for utility‑scale STATCOM and grid stability projects.
