We are seeking a passionate and motivated Engineering Manager to lead one of our engineering teams. You will play a crucial role in developing our platform, working closely with product managers and academics to innovate in the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build our new fully vertically integrated investment platform with modern technology and development practices.
• Manage and empower a team of engineers, fostering their career growth and team autonomy.
• Provide technical expertise and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with Product and Design Teams to build and integrate new features.
• Organize, prioritize, and achieve business goals with your team and product stakeholders.
• Participate in recruitment to attract new team members.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a backend developer (Java, Kotlin), preferably with cloud infrastructure and event-based architectures.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, distributed architectures, and RESTful APIs.
• Passion for team development and technical excellence.
• Strong ownership mentality.
• Analytical thinking skills in technical and product domains.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Financial services background is a strong plus.
