Overview:

Are you a Team Lead or Engineering Manager who has a passion for technology specifically GenAI? We are looking to add new team members to help us take care of not only our products and services but also the development of all of our IC-level engineering teams.

You will help as add management capacity to the team and drive innovation and overall development of our core products. You have the potential to not only be hands-on but aid

Your responsibilities:

• Manage your team's career path, feedback, and development

• Be the tech lead in some instances where needed

• Be a Talent ambassador and Participate in recruitment and interviews

• Own a specific domain in engineering management

• Step in as an IC for at least 40% of the time especially in critical projects and proof of concepts

• Be a cultural ambassador and role model for the teams

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI or machine learning.

• Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.

• Strong technical skills in AI/ML technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

• Experience with but not only cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and relevant technologies. Experience with on premise-solutions is also of value

• Ability to define and implement technical architecture for scalable and robust AI systems.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Passion for AI and its potential to shape the future.
